Earth Pro Claysperse L is an anionic liquid that serves as a dispersant and thinner for water-based drilling fluids. It primarily enhances the deflocculation of drill solids and thins bentonite. Additionally, it boosts the effectiveness of filter cakes and will avoid excess fluid loss.
Di-Sperse 72L
Earth Pro Di-Sperse 72L is effective at any pH and due to its rapid dissolution, it immediately affects the flow properties of a drilling fluid. Earth Pro Drilling Detergent L is an anionic, liquid, surface-wetting agent. It is added directly to a water-based mud system to reduce surface tension, and it is commonly used in concentrations of 0.2-0.6 L/m³.
TKPP (Tetrapotassium Pyrophosphate)
TKPP (Tetrapotassium Pyrophosphate) is a low-sodium, environmentally friendly dispersant that can effectively reduce sodium content for scenarios where Land Well Disposal (LWD) is preferred. It is primarily used to disperse mud rings during water drilling and acts as a rapid thinner before cementing casings, with application rates adjusted based on local clay reactivity and specific drilling conditions.
