Calcium Chloride 94-97% – Mini Prills
An anhydrous pellet form of calcium chloride (CaCl2). It is the most widely used and most effective of all cement accelerators in drilling fluid additives. Normally 1 to 3% calcium chloride based on the cement is used. Calcium chloride is added to drilling fluids to shorten the setting time and/or accelerate the hardening process. It can also limit corrosion and improve the performance of mud systems.
OGC-60
OGC-60 is used to shorten the set time and improve the expansion of Portland Cements. It is widely used in the preparation of thixotropic cements where high early-strength cement is required, especially where gas migration is a problem. OGC-60 product sheet
Processed Lime
Processed Lime is Calcium Oxide (CaO) sometimes referred to as quicklime or hotlime. The presence of calcium in cement is a well-known cement accelerator. The combination of the calcium present in Processed Lime and its reactivity characteristics when mixed with water produces a very effective cement accelerator. Processed Lime product sheet
Sodium Sulphate
Sodium Sulphate (Anhydrous Na2SO4 also referred to as Sodium Sulfate) is commonly referred to as salt cake.
